Who We Are

Bend Joints Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, began its operations in 1972 in the name of Bend Joints. It began with the fabrication of structural items and five years later moved into design, fabrication and supply of high-pressure heater shells, hemispherical heads and pressure parts for power plant applications.

In the early eighties, it developed full-fledged in-house facilities for Non-destructive testing - the first of its kind in Madhya Pradesh. It has also acquired additional facilities of a booster assisted CNC machine, which is capable of bending tubes for Economizers and Super-heater tubes to very tight radii. It has executed several prestigious contracts which include the replacement of headers, loop pipes and attemperators of 4 x 50 MW Russian make boilers of CSEB’s (then MPEB) Korba East TPS and the supply and erection of 290 Economizer Coils of upper and lower banks of 210 MW BHEL boiler, for CSEB’s (then MPEB) Korba West TPS.

Bend Joints is also the first to indigenously manufacture, under Lloyd’s inspection, the 500 MW Turbine Integral Piping for the 7th unit of MSEB’s Chandrapur TPS.
