Bend Joints Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001 2000 certified company, began its operations in 1972 in the name of Bend Joints. It began with the fabrication of structural items and five years later moved into design, fabrication and supply of high-pressure heater shells, hemispherical heads and pressure parts for power plant applications.

In the early eighties, it developed full-fledged in-house facilities for Non-destructive testing - the first of its kind in Madhya Pradesh. By the mid-eighties it also acquired the heaviest plate-bending machine in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It has also acquired additional facilities of a booster assisted CNC machine, which is capable of bending tubes for Economizers and Super-heater tubes to very tight radii.
